Football Breakfast the Best I Ever Had

I went to the Flatiron for the opening of NCAA football on Saturday. Nice surprise, they were serving breakfast (they didn't last year). Some guy was saying the "Tater-Tot Nachos" were the best breakfast he had - so I tried it - he wasn't kidding - It was the best I have had as well.

We came back for more

We tried the sweet chili wings to start and they were incredible. My husband thought they were the best wings he had ever tasted. We had not planned on eating anything else but they were so good we tried the Mike Tyson burger since we are bleu cheese fans. It was delicious. It was so good we went back again today just to try the Philly cheese steak and we loved it. Flatiron is a very funky and great place to eat.

This Philly Cheese Steak reminds me of home

I was doubtful I would ever find anything as good as the philly cheese steaks I got when I lived in Philly. I found one and it is at the Flatiron. Big, juicy, prepared just right - I was homesick when I bit into it -- reminded me of home.
